Not a member yet?

Individuals as well as legal entities can become members of the European Law Society, as far as they accept the aims and goals of the Society and if they have their domicile or seat or perform their activities within the European Union or in a country which has a connection with the European Union. Individuals should have any kind of legal education.

Currently, the annual membership fee is EUR 180.00 (from 01.01.2015).

Membership applications are received, examined and adjucated upon by the board. If the board refuses a membership application the subsequent general members' meeting will decide upon written request of the applicant.

The membership is terminated by a written declaration of retirement which has to be addressed to the board. In such cases the membership is terminated immediately, however, the retirement does not absolve the retiring member from the payment of the annual membership fee for the current fiscal year.
